A. It starts blue grey and then developes into blue black

Q Is this PPD? The so-called black henna that is harmful?
A. No Jagua is NOT PPD (paraphenylenediamine).
The ingredients are: Aqua, Alcohol denat, Genipapo Americana, Xanthan gum, Citric Acid, Potassium sorbate

Q. What is Jagua and where does it come from?
A. Jagua is a natural dye, which comes from a fruit in South America; it has been used by indigenous tribes for many years for body adornment.

Q. How long does it last?
A. On average 10-15 days but as it's a natural product it may have slight variations due to skin type and where it is on the body.

Q. Once opened how long will the gel be usable?
A. Jagua Tubes: for best results, once opened use withing 1 week.
Jagua Tubs: As long as you do not leave the tub open it will stay fresh for up to 6 months.
